Who does the work

We've each spent around 30 years in construction, from the tools to project management, across Tier 1, 2 and 3 contractors. We know what an assessor or an estimator looks for because we've sat on both sides.

Where our documents have been accepted

Documents written by our team have been accepted on schemes for national infrastructure clients, utilities, Tier 1 contractors and local authorities. The list is on our home page. It shows where our documents have been accepted. It is not an endorsement by any of those organisations.

How we work

• Fixed prices, shown before you buy. All prices exclude VAT, which is added at 20% at checkout. Scheme fees are paid by you directly to the scheme.
• Desk-based. Everything happens online. No site visit or meeting unless you want one.
• No pass guarantee. The scheme or certification body makes the decision. Nobody can honestly guarantee a pass. We answer assessor queries and correct our submission within the agreed scope and support period.
• One bidder per tender. We run a conflict check before accepting tender work, and your pricing, evidence and strategy stay yours.
• Reviewed by a person. We work from our own library of policies and answers. Every document is reviewed and signed off by one of us before it reaches you.
