These terms cover your use of this website. Work you buy from us is covered by the terms we agree with you when you place an order.

You're welcome to use this site to find out about our services and get in touch. Please don't misuse it. That means no attempts to break into or overload it, and no spam or automated submissions through the enquiry form.

Prices and information

Prices shown are our fee only and exclude VAT, which is charged at the current rate. Scheme, assessment and certification-body fees are separate, and you pay them directly to the scheme.

We keep the information on this site as accurate and up to date as we can, but scheme requirements, criteria and fees change. The site gives general information, not advice for your particular business, so please check with us before relying on it.

What our fee includes

We don't offer a pass guarantee. Our fee includes responding to assessor queries and correcting our submission within the agreed application scope and support period. Clients must provide accurate evidence and complete any required operational improvements. Accreditation and certification decisions remain with the relevant assessment body.

Independence and trademarks

We're independent and not affiliated with, or endorsed by, CHAS, Constructionline, SafeContractor, SMAS, Acclaim, Avetta, RISQS, Achilles, IASME, National Highways or any certification body. Scheme names are trademarks of their owners.

Where we say documents written by our team have been accepted on schemes for named organisations, that shows where our team's documents have been accepted. It is not an endorsement by any of those organisations.

Our content

The text, design and logo on this site belong to Civaxis Solutions Ltd. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Links to other sites

Where we link to other websites, such as scheme bodies or the ICO, we're not responsible for their content.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
